Quilter's Blog Hop Party and Give-Away

Hi friends,

for the first time I'll participe to the Blog Hop Party with Give-Away organized by Michelle from Quilting Gallery. Click here to have a look.

I will take this chance to thank all my readers and, why not, find some new ones interested in my blog.

I also will tell about some projects planned for 2013.

The first very big event will be the exhibition “Pour l'amour du fil” in Nantes, France....from 24th to 27th of April 2013. Click here for more informations. The fantastic thing is that there will be the original Dear Jane quilt coming from America with Brenda Papadakis, to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the famous quilt.
There will be an exhibition of 100 Dear Jane quilts from all over the world. I made my entry too, only in April I will know if my DJ will be selected....I hope yes!!!
Anyway I made my flight and hotel reservations and will be there....

Second project is to get ready my sewing room to be able to work again on my UFO's.

Third project is to finish at least three UFO's.

And now the most important thing to you....what are you going to win??? Here is my give-away to you.

To enter the give-away: starting 10th of December leave a comment below telling me if you have any special plans for 2013 and if you like, become my follower. One random winner will be selected December 17th. The give-away is open to everyone and I'll ship worldwide.

Visit the participating blogs in the blog hop by clicking here.

Good luck!!!

  166. My plan for 2013 was to quit smoking but... I did it already! two month for now! so I supose we have an emptiness here... to get a job can be a good one!

  167. My 2013 plan is to get to my 40th Birthday, maybe celebrate it with my twin sister Claire. I am trying to claw back time... 40 is such a time mark of tripping into middle age that I can feel only negativity about getting there.

My partner is 40, turned on the 5th Dec, but still I can't quite come to terms with it.

Another baby would be lovely to grow, aswell as potentially start my own craft shop business where people can rent a shelf to sell their wares.. though - in this down trodden part of Wales, where money isn't the easiest to come by and professional workers are very scarce, the crafting arena is not very well catered for - people here are £ shoppers not hand made item shoppers... they can look at a hand knitted hat and think £2 reasonable to pay, not considering the hours, and material that have gone into the making of it!

So yes, my plan for 2013... maybe have a baby, reach 40 and start a career in something that isn't going to destroy my back.... more than it already is...
