Dear friends,
I nearly missed the Spring editions of the Bloggers' Quilt Festival organized by Amy's Creative Side!!!
This time I want to show my second One block wonder quilt. This kind of quilt is so fun to sew...and I tried it with smaller hexagons, they are just 4 1/2". I used 100 of them. I think I pinned it and took it down from my design wall about 5 times before I was happy with the result...But finally here it is. I quilted it by hand.
Some details
This is the original fabric.
Don't forget to take a look at all the fabulous entries. Here the link to Amy's Creative Side
Have fun and a very good week. Hugs. Pink
Beautiful - I love the kaleidoscope effect of the hexagons!

Love your quilt.
ReplyDeleteI have that fabric! But just a fat quarter. I couldn't resist it. It looks like it belongs on the inside cover of an old book. Love your quilt too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful quilt. It looks as though the hexagons are spinning. Lovely hand quilting.
